|Q: What do I do if I want to remove my listing from the web site?
A: Please e-mail us at email@example.com, or call us as 317-536-5219 and we will remove the listing.
Q: What happens if no match is found for my donation?
A: After 3 months your listing will automatically expire, if you wish to continue it, please renew the donation form or e-mail us asking us to extend it.
Q: When will I receive the tax-deductible receipt for my donation?
A: When a recipient has picked up or received the donated item, please go to the clinic info page and fill out the form. We must receive the recipient's name,
address and telephone number or e-mail before a receipt can be sent.
Q: Since listings expire after 90 days, how do I renew them?
A: Please go to the "My Account" tab and access your account. You will be able to see either your requests or donations. Please simply click on the "Click to Renew" link to renew your listing for another 90 days.
Q: If I forgot my user name or password, how do I retrieve them?
A: Please email our administrator at firstname.lastname@example.org
